Mission:
To determine the methods and standards that will ensure the effectiveness of the internal control of university financial services, performance-based budgeting and transaction accounting processes.
Vision: To continuously improve and develop financial services and the strategies of the administration in accordance with the basic principles of management responsibility, accountability and financial transparency.
