Our Presidency

Established by Article 15 of Law No. 5436 to carry out the tasks in Article 60 of Law No. 5018, our Presidency has been organized under the name of Budget and Performance Program, Strategic Planning and Management, Internal Control and Preliminary Financial Control, Accounting-Final Account and Reporting units.  Our Presidency serves in the Rectorate Building and our Budget and Performance Program, Strategic Planning and Management, Internal Control and Preliminary Financial Control, Accounting, Final Accounting and Reporting and Tubitak-EU Projects departments carry out their work on the second floor.
